Kalvin Haz - Pest
We had a wonderful stay. Thanks to Lazlo Toth for the help with booking the Hotel - the responses to our questions were very prompt. Excellent web site, very easy to use.
The Hotel was great. They were very accommodating of our 6 month old baby. Lots of little bits of unexpected help. They were very kind to let him have an afternoon nap before his 28hour flight home.
The room was big, light and well appointed. This was certainly a more pleasant room than the international hotel chain that I had spent a few days the week before. The room was so pleasant I was much happier to spend the extra time inside whilst the baby slept.The bed extra firm but comfortable enough. Great bath. I loved the beautiful stairwell, but the stairs may prove too much if you have a heart condition as even the reception is on the first floor. We managed the stairs well with our stroller though.
We really felt like we were in Hungary, certainly not a faceless hotel. The hotel was full of character and well positioned near the Great Market in Pest. We are coming back to live in Budapest next year and will recommend the Kalvin Haz and the website to all our visitors. Well done.

| We had a great time in the tourist friendly,English speaking,beautiful city of Budapest. The inexpensive suite of rooms at the City Panzio Matyas were brand new, large, and comfortable. The location was excellent. I would stay there again if I had the oppertunity to return to the area. Thank you for your help.
