• SECURE (SSL) RESERVATION - If you are using a browser that supports the SSL security standard: Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera, then you can order using our secure server.
  We use secure (SSL) server to process reservation requests.
  
  This connection will encrypt all information you send to us.
  When you use our SSL-server, you will see a golden lock or key lit up at the status line of your browser - it depends on the type of browser - it ensures that you are on the secure place !
  It's necessary to use this feature, because you need to enter also your credit card data on our reservation form to guarantee your reservation. Using our secure SSL server will ensure that all your confidential data will not be interfered by anybody else.
  We would like to emphasize the fact that we cannot accept a reservation without credit card data, it is usually required by the hotels.
• STANDARD RESERVATION (REQUEST) - You do not have to fill in the fields for your credit card data on our reservation form, if you do not want to send your confidential data through the Internet. In this case you are required to send your credit card number with expiration date by using our special secure page in 5 days after you receive our hotel confirmation, but at least 3 days before your arrival, to us or to the hotel directly, otherwise your reservation will be possibly deleted or not guaranteed by the hotel.
• FAX RESERVATION - You have also the possibility to send your reservation request by fax, in this case after you fill in the form, you get to a printable page containing all your booking data and you can enter your credit card data here.
  Then simply print this page and send it to us by fax!

When you send your reservation request to us, you will get a confirmation e-mail in few seconds containing your given booking parameters automatically, so please check your e-mail! 

After we get your reservation request, we have to call the hotel to inquire about availability. We will give you an answer in maximum 24 hours, but of course we try to reply as soon as possible - hopefully in a few hours (it mostly depends on the accessibility of the hotel's reservation office).

If the hotel has free rooms for the required period, we book your room at the hotel, and we send your final confirmation to you immediately.

You will pay your hotel bill in the hotel!
We do not charge your credit card in advance!
No prepayment is needed!

We NEVER sell these hotels' rooms for more than their tariff (rack) rates. Many hotels even provide us with their special discount prices, which are not available if you want to book a room directly with the hotel.

In case you cancel the booking within this 72 hours or you won't arrive at the hotel without previously informing us or the hotel about your cancellation/non-arrival, the hotel has the right to debit your credit card with the room charge of one night.

Important: Hotels may handle cancellations differently. If the cancellation policy of a certain hotel differs from the above specified rules, you will be definitely notified about it on the hotel's page in the "Important notes" section.

However we do our best to carefully select the best, most reliable and popular hotels for our  directory. If you have any complaint, please contact the hotel management first. We would of course appreciate it very much, if you could inform us about the problems and inconveniences concerning the hotel quality and services.
